Dear Friends: Someone once asked me if we grow azaleas at Sunny Border Nurseries.    I replied, "No, we don't grow azaleas."    "Do you grow hemlocks and pines?," she continued.   "No, we don't grow either of them," I added.    "Well then, what do you grow?" she asked.    "You name it, we don't grow it," I concluded.    We don't grow pachysandra, maples, rhododenrons, sod, petunias, cut flowers, zinnias, Christmas trees or houseplants, either.    In fact, many of the plants we do grow are even unfamiliar to our own customers!    We grow perennials, grasses, ferns, alpines, herbs and vines.

We're always in the process of selling mature plants to make way for younger ones.   But, what we really grow is quality.    Growing plants to perfection is only part of our job. We take extreme care to keep varieties separate and guarantee all plants to be true-to-name.    In our quest for quality, we travel the globe searching for the finest plants available.    We may not grow azaleas, but we do grow world-class perennials!
